Data controller
Veveve ApS (Danish company reg. no. / CVR 40477829) is the data controller for personal data processed on veveve.io. For any question about this policy or to exercise your rights, email hello@veveve.io.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide — such as name, email and message when you fill in a form or request a demo.
- Usage & statistics data about how the site is used (e.g. pages viewed, device type, approximate location) — only if you accept statistics cookies.
- Marketing data to measure ad campaigns — only if you accept marketing cookies.
Purpose & legal basis
Contact details are processed to respond to your enquiry and to enter into an agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Statistics and marketing are processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies & consent
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 (statistics) and Google Ads (marketing). All tags are disabled by default and governed by Google Consent Mode v2. They activate only for the categories you accept in the cookie banner. We do not use a paid cookie platform — your choice is stored in a first-party cookie.

Recipients & transfers
We use Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) as a processor. Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and Google’s participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose. Cookies expire automatically as listed in the table above.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
